Calendar Club specialises in retailing calendars and related merchandise during the busy Christmas shopping season. Calendar Club shops and mall units are a common sight in shopping centres and high streets across the UK from the end of September to January.
Something for Everyone
Following an extremely successful Christmas 2007 season, during which Calendar Club traded from 230 mall and shop units throughout the country, we are once again seeking to secure representation in as many shopping centres and high streets as possible for the Christmas 2008 season.
At this very moment Calendar Club is looking for 250 locations for the 2008 Christmas season. Are you looking for exceptional extra rental income? We're ready to deal on any terms including turnover-based leases.
Mall Units
We can react very quickly to offers of space, but the earlier we get commitment, the better we can do our job.
This season we are looking for as many mall units as possible in shopping centres, with a view to trading from as early as mid-September until mid/late January in some cases. Ideally, we would like to build a unit 10 feet in width by 16 feet in length to form a double H configuration. We also need a 2 feet by 4 feet till area to be connected to electricity and a phone line.
Storage! although we can store some calendars within the retail unit, a small storage area is sometimes essential for receiving deliveries, stock handling etc. We are able to be very flexible and can build against walls or under stairways if necessary.
