What landlords have to say about us...
Every year at the end of the season, we send a questionnaire to the manager of every shopping centre we have traded in to measure our performance and to ensure that we are meeting with landlords' expectations. One of the standard questions we ask is 'Desirability as a future tenant?' under which we were rated an overall 4.4 out of 5 last season.
